Tuesday Night NS Training Rides Leave
Trace Caboose at 5:00PM pass by St Benedict's Church on Smith Rd
~5:30PM. The pace is normally fast on these rides with two
sprint points on the course.

- Ride on Hwy 1088 north of I-12. Warm up ride at
5:00PM with timed 10km / 20km runs starting ~5:45PM.
